SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES:
Shipping rates depend on order's weight and destination.
Once you’ve placed an order with us, it will be processed by us and forwarded to our shipping partners.
You will receive a confirmation email containing details of your order as well as a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Throughout the delivery process, we will be maintaining close contact with our shipping partners - continually tracking and supervising your purchase, in order to make sure it arrives at your doorstep within the promised timeframe.

Your order will arrive within these delivery estimates based on your location:
GCC & the Middle East: 3-5 working days
Europe: 4-6 working days
Rest of the world: 6-8 working days
IMPORT TAXES & ADDITIONAL FEES
We would like to clarify that product prices on our website are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we have excluded these charges from all invoices issued from our website.
RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE
If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a product you purchased on our website, you can do so by requesting a refund or an exchange with in 7days.
All your purchases can be returned and/or exchanged at no additional cost – as long as they meet the requirements mentioned below.
If shipped to any other country, items can still be returned and/or exchanged at your will. However in that case, you will need to handle shipping and all costs related to it.

- Return Requirements:
- In order to process your request, you must send us an email to email@example.com, within 7 days of the date of delivery. Email must contain the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Action Requested (refund or exchange)
- Items returned must be in their original packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- In case of exchange, the new item’s value must be equal or greater than that of the item exchanged.
