If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a product you purchased on our website, you can do so by requesting a refund or an exchange with in 15 days from date of delivery. 

All your purchases can be returned and/or exchanged at no additional cost – as long as they meet the requirements mentioned below.

If shipped to any other country, items can still be returned and/or exchanged at your will. However in that case, you will need to handle shipping and all costs related to it.

• Return Requirements:
  • In order to process your request, you must send us an email to hello@bigtallstores.com, within 15 days from date of delivery. Email must contain the following information:
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Action Requested (refund or exchange) 
  • Items returned must be in their original packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • In case of exchange, the new item’s value must be equal or greater than that of the item exchanged.
  • Items purchased online are non refundable 
  • Items on sale or promotions are non refundable
